🎨 ArtHouse Northampton – 2025 Art Contest

Theme: “My Dream World”

We’re excited to announce our annual art contest, open to young artists aged 6 to 16 from Northampton and nearby areas! This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase imagination, develop artistic confidence, and be part of our growing creative community.

👥 Age Groups

• 6–10 years

• 11–14 years

🌈 Theme

“My Dream World” – A chance for children and teens to express their most imaginative ideas through painting or drawing. Fantasy landscapes, magical creatures, peaceful places – the sky is the limit!

🖌️ How to Enter

1. Create a painting or drawing based on the theme

2. Send a clear photo of the artwork via:

    ✉️ Or post the original artwork to us – it will be displayed in our Annual ArtHouse Exhibition

3. Please include:
    ✅ Participant’s full name
    ✅ Age
    ✅ Title of the artwork
    ✅ Short description (2–3 sentences about the artwork or inspiration)

📅 Important Dates

• Submission Deadline: June 25, 2025

• Facebook Voting Opens: June 26, 2025

• Voting Closes: July 2, 2025

• Winners Announced: July 3, 2025

🥇 1st Place (per age group):

• One month of free art course (2 sessions per week)

• Art supply gift set

• Voucher for future classes or course of painting and drawing

🥈 2nd Place:

• One week of free art course (2 sessions)

• Art supply gift set

• Voucher for future classes or course of painting and drawing

🥉 3rd Place:

• Art supply gift set

• Voucher for future classes or course of painting and drawing

🏅 All Participants:

• Digital certificate of participation

• Printed certificate and discount voucher (if attending our annual exhibition)

🗳️ Judging & Voting

• 🥇 1st place will be selected by our ArtHouse tutors

• 🥈 & 🥉 2nd and 3rd place will be chosen through public Facebook voting

• All entries will be uploaded to our Facebook page on June 24

• The public can vote by liking their favourite artworks until June 29

• Winners will be announced on June 30, 2025
